"Myth and Move - Elastic Sets"


 The design is based on an elastic tactical typology that relies on targeted initiatives. It aims to create niches for excluded, not yet defined, public yet private processes, without disregarding the processes that already exist.

The residential buildings are developed from top to bottom, starting with a “view box” from which the exceptional panorama can be enjoyed. Below it are the roof terrace and the main floor, followed by a “space” that can be expanded by the users, andfinally the ground floor, which is available for “temporary” use. This “temporary” use is typical for tourist areas such as Rovinj.
